We’re so pleased this great little project has been included in the latest issue of Houses magazine. One of our ongoing experiments within the terrace housing type, bound within a heritage context of strict formal and fenestration constraints and with a radically narrow width of 3.6m, we sought to subtly evoke a generous and social way of life. You’ll have to buy a copy to see if we succeeded!
A big thanks to Stu and Aaron who were so generous as to engage in a written critique from which we learned a lot about both the project and more generally our manner of making architecture. This followed an always fascinating day spent with Brett in which he found the images which will hold the architecture most will see. Other than the lucky K & C who will enjoy their lives within the space, and by all accounts are.
Our thanks to Katelin for offering the forum and continuing to support our practice.
